Pricker, which is a small instrument, like a marline-spike, but straight to make holes with. Three engraved rings around wooden handle, likely for grip purposes. Handle split where it joins metal, likely from repeated impacts. White staining where metal spike meets wooden handle. Speculated to be adhesive residue. Spike point has been blunted.
