Firmer Chisel

Description
A straight edged chisel giving a rectangular cross section to the blade, which is stronger than a bevelled edge chisel. The chisel blade is stamped 'RICHARD IBBOTSON SHEFFIELD' on one side and 'WARRANTED CAST STEEL - HAND FORGED' on the other. The handle is bounded with an iron band for driving with a mallet.
